Please read these terms carefully before using 7Overseas services. They set out your rights, our responsibilities, and how we work together.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7Overseas Education Consultancy. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing and using the services offered by 7Overseas Education Consultancy ('7Overseas', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are 16 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services and enter into any agreements.
2. Services Provided
Scope of Services
7Overseas provides education consultancy services including, but not limited to, university application assistance, visa guidance, scholarship mentoring, accommodation support, test preparation referrals, and loan facilitation. Our services are advisory in nature.
No Guarantee of Admission
While we make every effort to maximise your chances of admission, 7Overseas does not guarantee admission to any university, approval of any visa application, or award of any scholarship. Final decisions rest solely with the respective institutions and authorities.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. Any false or misleading information provided to 7Overseas or to universities and visa authorities on your behalf may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Document Authenticity
All documents submitted through or to 7Overseas must be authentic and unaltered. Submission of forged or falsified documents is strictly prohibited and may result in legal consequences.
Timely Cooperation
You agree to respond to requests for information, documents, or decisions within the timelines specified by your advisor. Delays caused by your non-responsiveness may affect application outcomes for which 7Overseas cannot be held liable.
4. Fees & Payment
Service Fees
Service fees are outlined in your individual Service Agreement. Fees may vary based on the destination country, number of applications, and additional services requested. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
Fees are payable as specified in your Service Agreement. Initial consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Application processing fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage of service delivery.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is governed by your Service Agreement. Refunds are generally not provided after submission of applications to universities. Visa-related fees paid to government bodies are non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on our website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 7Overseas or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Permitted Use
You may access and use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Advisory Nature
7Overseas acts in an advisory capacity. We are not liable for decisions made by universities, immigration authorities, scholarship bodies, or any other third parties, even when acting on our recommendations.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7Overseas' total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Confidentiality
Mutual Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the engagement. 7Overseas will not disclose your personal or financial information to unauthorised parties, and you agree not to disclose our proprietary processes or materials to third parties.
8. Termination
By Client
You may terminate your engagement with 7Overseas at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Any fees for services already rendered will be retained.
By 7Overseas
We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms of Service, provide false information, engage in abusive behaviour towards our staff, or fail to make required payments. Termination under these circumstances may not entitle you to any refund.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If resolution is not reached, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

7Overseas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Notification
For significant changes, we will notify active clients via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
